We believe in radical candor
This means we see feedback as a gift, and withholding feedback means we prevent our teammates from having the chance at improving. We ask each other to inform us when we are in fear or anger, and therefore not making the best decisions. We choose to get curious and ask for clarification of our teammates’ intentions, words, and actions when we feel fear or anger, rather than jumping to conclusions.
