    Hiigher offers digital marketing, SEO, website development, and related services, which are intangible and non-returnable once delivered. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are only provided under specific conditions outlined below.

    2. Eligibility for Refunds

    Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

    • Service Not Rendered: If payment has been made, and Hiigher has not commenced the service within the agreed timeframe, you may request a full refund.

    • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service, we will promptly refund the duplicate payment.

    • Non-Delivery of Digital Products: If a digital product (such as a report or deliverable) was not delivered to you and you have contacted us within 7 days of purchase, we will investigate and issue a refund if applicable.

    • Service Quality Issues: If you believe the delivered service does not align with the agreed scope of work, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the concern, and if validated, we will either rectify the issue or issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

    3. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

    • Change of mind after the project has commenced.

    • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

    • Services rendered in full or milestones completed as per the agreed project plan.

    • Dislike of the design or strategy after approval has been given by the client for the final or interim version.

    • Services purchased under a promotional or discounted rate are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    4. Refund Request Process

    To request a refund, please email support@hiigher.co with the following details:

    • Full name and contact details

    • Project or invoice reference number

    • Reason for requesting a refund, with supporting details

    Once received, we will review your request and respond within 7–10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

    5. Chargebacks

    If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the matter, it will be considered a breach of this Refund and Returns Policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide proof of service delivery to payment processors and banks.

    6. Policy Changes

    Hiigher reserves the right to amend this Refund and Returns Policy at any time to ensure clarity and compliance with applicable laws. Any updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
