At Hiigher, we don’t just promise results, we back it up. Our Performance Guarantee ensures that when you trust us with your digital marketing, you’ll see meaningful progress, or we’ll work for free.

What Our Guarantee Covers

If your campaigns show no meaningful improvement, we’ll continue working at no extra cost for an equal period of time.

90-Day SEO Ranking Improvement Guarantee: If your website doesn’t show clear upward movement in rankings for your 3 chosen keywords within 90 days, we’ll refund your project fee, excluding content and link costs, which you keep.

You’re eligible for the guarantee if:

• You’ve given us full access to the required tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Meta Suite, Search Console, CRM, etc.)
• You’ve retained our services for the full recommended campaign period
• You can show that none of the agreed-upon KPIs or performance benchmarks improved during that period

What “No Meaningful Improvement” Means

Based on your service type, this may include:

• No movement in keyword rankings or visibility
• No increase in qualified traffic or conversions
• No improved cost-per-lead, ROAS, retention, or engagement
• No measurable performance change across defined KPIs

If our internal audit confirms these, you’ll receive continued service for the same duration, at no cost.

What’s Not Included in the Guarantee

We want to be transparent. This guarantee does not include:

• Guaranteed position #1 rankings or instant results
• Promised number of leads, sales, or revenue
• A guaranteed return on investment (ROI)
• Any verbal promises, representations, or assumptions not explicitly agreed upon in writing
• Situations where campaign execution was hindered due to client-side delays, asset unavailability, or restricted access

Legal Disclaimer

Our Performance Guarantee is meant to build trust and show that we stand by our work. But please note:

• This guarantee only applies if it’s clearly written into your signed proposal or agreement.
• It might be adjusted or not offered for some projects, depending on the type of service, how long the campaign is, or the project’s scope.
• If delays or problems happen because of things on your end, like not sharing data, missing deadlines, or limiting access, the guarantee won’t apply.
• The guarantee doesn’t replace the official agreement or contract we’ve signed with you.

Also, if the guarantee is misused or if the terms of the original agreement are broken, Hiigher has the right to cancel or deny it.
